Also, the stations should have available sets of fruit juices and extracts such as Orange juice, Pineapple juice, Lemon and Lime. Some drinks are named according to the glass they are served in. In the refrigerator, there should be a supply of fresh fruit juices, sodas, cream, milk, lemons and other ingredients that are perishable.
When your day job slows down your bartending job will pick up. Be able to speak intelligently about your experiences and how they relate to bartending.
